Description: Stone sculpture representing crumbling Twin Towers on pentagonal base honors the people and dogs who worked together in search and rescue operations after the 9/11 attacks in New York and Washington, D.C. Dedicated in particular to the canine partner of police officer David Lim, a yellow Labrador named Sirius, who died in the collapse of the South Tower.

Thousands of lives were lost through the terrorist attacks committed in the United States of America.
This plaque honours the devotion and bravery shown by the many K-9 police units during the search, rescue and recovery of victims of these attacks.
Their heroic deeds will not be forgotten.
